Our client is an international couple with two children (11 & 13) who live at the residence in Denver 4 out of 14 days.

The residence: 7,000 square feet.

As a housekeeper / house manager you will be responsible in a hands-on and all-around way to make the Principal’s lives easier.

Duties include: 

• managing contractors (landscaping, cleaning, etc)
  • check and purchase groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels
  • empty and clean trash containers
  • clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
  • wipe down glass surfaces
  • make up beds and change linens as required
  • tidy up rooms
  • sort, wash, load and unload laundry
  • iron and press clothing and linen
  • sort, fold and put away clean laundry
  • dust and polish furniture, fittings and silver
  • maintain record of related expenditure
  • wash dishes and clean kitchen according to agreed hygiene standards
  • run errands for employer, maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition, monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements

Other duties as they evolve or become needed over time.

HOURS OF SERVICE: On duty for 5 days per week. The employer’s attitude is supportive and cooperative and they highly value the service attitude that puts their needs at a premium.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH:

The right candidate needs to have previous housekeeper experience, be energetic and have excellent organizational skills.

• Highly detail oriented and self-directed
  • Adaptable, flexible and ready to take on new responsibilities when asked.
  • Courteous, discreet, honest and responsible character.
  • Be well groomed, non-drug user, physically able to perform the duties of the position.
  • Able to sign and adhere to confidentiality agreement.
  • Non-smoker
