Butler technical services payment structure:
- B1. An Butler Service’s agreed deposit amount
- B2. Prior to execution of HMA: top-up
- B3. After execution of HMA: agreed payment schedule of 3 equal installment within 18 months period.
- B4. Upon the payment of the initial deposit, GDAP will be mobilized
- B5. Once the Owner gathers main consultants (architect, structure, interior design..), GDAP will hold a kick – off meeting.
- B6. GDAP team to give advices to the Owner on hotel & restaurant design and operational matters
- B7. GDAP team will work side by side with Owner and Owner’s consultants to ensure the Hotel& Restaurant is designed and constructed in compliance with brand standards
