  1. WHAT IS A SALES FRANCHISE??

The Sales Franchise (often called a franchise) is a system that extends the supply chain of products and services (for franchisees). An opportunity to grow your business under a well-known brand (for franchisees)!!

Franchise occurs when a business (for franchisor) grants the franchisee the right to use the franchise and the mode of operation. In return, the franchisee must pay franchise fees to the franchisor.

  1. COST & TERMS OF FRANCHISE EXPERTISE

✪ For Franchisor: The Butler Group is a franchisor who hand over franchisees for a franchisee, group of franchisee and the mode of using franchisee business operation.

✪ For franchisees: As franchisees has the right using brand from the Franchisor, the mode of franchisees business operation of franchisor. In turn, the franchisee must pay franchise fees to the franchisor.

Franchise fee: This is the fee that the franchisee has to pay to franchisor to use the brand, the mode of operation, business model from franchisor. The franchise fee of BUTLER GROUP is VND 600,000,000 for a 5 year contract (60 months)

  Initial Fees: Initial costs for preparation and assistance to start a business such as building a foundation for basic butler training, technology transfer, training, and procedures. , related administration. The initial fee is based on the service package and technical expertise of the Butler Service that the franchisor wants to franchise, the size of the franchise, the complexity of the Butler technology transfer and scope of activity in the area of the franchise.

3.1: For Distributor (Affiliated branch): BUTLER GROUP Branch: Briefly call: the Branch

Loyalty Fee: This is the cost that a franchisee must have to maintain a stable branch operation. This fee is payable for maintaining the business of authorizing the main branch in the province or city designated by Butler Group to use the trademark and other benefits that BUTLER GROUP has support in charge. This fee is fixed at one level for all BUTLER VIETNAM authorized distributors.

The detail policy as following:

If the affiliated branch is authorized by BUTLER GROUP, the investment is as follows:

  1. About HR: 1 GM,2 office employees (cum customer service works at BUTLER VIETNAM branch)
  2. About the Role and Main Job Responsibilities of GM at Branches:

          - Employee Butlers Control

          - Quality Control on Butler & Clients Service

  1. About HO's main roles and responsibilities:

          - Recruiting Butler staff

          - Training for office Staff

          - Control of training quality

          - Search for customers in the area

           - Sign the Labor Contract

           - Providing services to the extent permitted by law

  1. About Salary Structure for Manpower at Branches:

           - 1 General Manager: 12 million - 15 million / month (Basic Salary)

           - 2 Office employees: 6 million - 8 million / month (Basic Salary)

  1. About Office expenses: 12 million / month
  2. About Finance - Accounting: Accounting completely about Ho Chi Minh City Head Office

Note: All personnel expenses, the affiliated branch expenses will be settled by the HCMC Head Office.

  1. Revenue KPI policy for Butler Group's Affiliated Branch under Butler Group:

 

      ✪ Butler recruitment criteria for the month:

 

           50 Butlers per month - 10% commission on pre-tax profit

 

           45 Butlers / month - 8% commission on pre-tax profit

 

           40 Butlers / month - 6% commission on pre-tax profit

 

The Revenue Targets by Butler the monthly:

                      $ 500 million VND / month - 10% profit before tax

                      $ 450 million / month - 8% commission before tax

                      $ 400 million / month - 6% commission before tax

Add on: If you exceed the above 2 criteria will be increased from 1-3% in incremental rate: 110%: bonus 1%, 120%: bonus 2%, 130%: bonus 3%.

Head Office: Advertising support on Marketing ON / OFF channels, recruitment, butler training, quality control service delivery, professional butler management processes, customer tracking database, etc.

3.2: For Franchise Distributors/Dealers (The Franchisee): Briefly call: the Branch is the Franchisee Unit

Loyalty Fee: To maintain the long-term viability and operation of the two parties, the fee level of the Butler Group proposes to pay the franchisor (Butler Group) a fixed franchise fee of 120 millions ( this is deposit) that Franchise Distributors / Dealer to be authorized for Butler Group equivalent to one year of contract value on the total 5 years contract value signed before at Bank, which money is retained at the owner's bank account of the Butler Group and will be remitted back to the franchisees after terminated contract. If renewed, the deposit will be automatically renewed for the next signed trademark authorization agreement by the Butler Group. This Franchise Agreement will be signed for a minimum of 5 years.

In addition, the franchisee must be obliged to pay the franchisor a monthly fee of vnđ 10 million. If the franchisee does not pay the franchise fee monthly within 3 working days (calculated by the end of the month being the 31st of each month), then the franchisee has violated the contract. This deposit will be used as the basis for offsetting for the franchisor (Butler Group).

Specific policy for Franchisee Distributor / Franchise Dealer is as follows:

  1. About HR: 1 GM, 2 office employees (cum customer service works at BUTLER VIETNAM franchisee branch/dealer)
  2. About the Role and Main Job Responsibilities of GM at Franchisee Branches/Dealers:

          - Recruiting on Butler staff

          - Training for office Staff

          - Search for customers in the area

          - Sign labor contract

          - Providing services to the extent permitted by law

          - Quality Control on Butler & Clients Service

  1. About the role and responsibility of the franchisor Butler Service (Butler Group)

           - Training & the Butler coaching

           - Control Butler training quality

           - Quality Control on the Butler & Clients Service

           - Customer Care Center for Franchisee Branches / Dealers is authorized

           - Etc

  1. About Salary Structure for Employees from Franchisee Distributors / Dealers::

        The minimum requirements for manpower are as follows:

           - 1 General Manager: 12 million - 15 million / month (Basic Salary)

            - 2 Office employees: 6 million - 8 million / month (Basic Salary)

  1. About Office Expenses: Franchise Unit fend off/self-pay.
  2. About Finance - Accounting: Independent accounting of the Franchisee Distributors / Dealers.

Note: All manpower costs, office costs of the Franchisee Distributors / Dealers will be settled and invested by the Franchisee Units.

Head Office: Advertising Support on channels ON / OFF Marketing, Butler training and recruitment, quality control service delivery, butler management process professional, customer tracking database in the local area management, etc.

About Service Quality Control Management PROCESS:

    - BUTLER GROUP has QC team (quality control) on service quality, mysterious random monitoring, and risk assessment of service quality, to ensure business operations and brand is unique maintain stability.
