Meet Mr. Thierry Ly Butler at the Novaland Group Gallery when he was presenting a high-end service project Butler Service for his resort real estate projects for VIP hospitality industry, with creative inspirations. Thierry Ly Butler's tireless work amazed us.

He is very charming and agile, busy, full of ideas for the smokeless service industry of the Hospitality tourism industry in Vietnam in particular and the World in general, the young director Butler is about to bring to the public. We have a unique and impressive high-end service performance program called "The Butler's Nightmare - Betler Service" as he shared.

- The show he made this time was a "professional-charming Butler Handmaid play". What does this new concept mean?

- In the past, people were used to enjoying fashion or other types of TV shows or game shows in the traditional Vietnamese style, but for Mr. Thierry Ly Butler, it was different. He harmonizes natural cuisine with his art of Butler Service according to the model: a T-stage, the Butlers will go back and forth in the premises of the Hotel or restaurant. But we don't want to do that anymore, we need to let people perceive DV Butler differently. The whole team wants to introduce new concepts in their work and in their field, he shared.

The participating Butler characters this time include 16 Butler employees of Novaland Group who will be directly taught by Butler Group & divided into 3 classes for the main stages of the Hotel such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant: characters. - Why did you name it "Butler's Nightmare - Betler Service"?

Actually, this is not the name I came up with, but the British designer William - Butler. When deciding to do this program, choosing a direction, my biggest concern was finding a line to connect the ideas. Luckily, while working with brothers and sisters in the Hoispitality industry, I came across a name that would fit the whole show. I have asked permission for this idea to be used throughout the project of Novaland Group Vietnam. In a dream, one can do everything: fly, dance, melt, burn... in short, it fits the abstract, surreal spirit of the play.

Another thing I want to say is that to create a product, Butler himself also faced many challenges and obstacles. They need to have the courage to overcome the challenge, otherwise they will only forever be immersed in a nightmare.

- This training program is a combination of many art forms in the industry through stages in the Hotel, Restaurant and Concierge, PR,... Butler will play what role in the show?

- I'm just the one to come up with and connect the ideas, and the two most important parts of the show are the Butlers' performances. With a program like this, finding Butler jobs and Teaching Butler is my first job.

When I invited Mr. David Khoi, I also felt nervous, because he is a famous FnB Manager, famous for the Arabana world music genre of the Food and Performance industry. Meanwhile, what I need is Art Event & Butler Service Underground, not your forte. Initially, Mr. Khoi also envisioned being a background FnB for Butler employees to travel around, not the play I was sharing with him.

However, after a long time working, we really understood each other, and Mr. Khoi also became a part of the team. It's still the Butler of FnB but with a different spirit, a different face. Mr. Khoi also admitted that this was an opportunity for him to discover himself and learn what he didn't know. As for me and the team, we are very satisfied with his culinary performance and FnB Manager.

- For the Butler Service 2021-NOVALAND GROUP program, some of the sponsor's products appeared on stage and were decorated by designers. How about this time?

 - First of all, it should be said that after the previous programs, the first high-class Butler Service maid model in Vietnam I was decorated with the Event was also quite simple with Orientation career orientation Butler Butler Butler. for a wealthy family has become quite a popular fad in society. That also demonstrates the applicability and practicality of the Event Butler Service 2021 Show.

However, this time, the sponsor Novaland Group has understood a lot about my working style. They accepted to not have the Novaland logo on stage but considered themselves part of the team. They understand that the appearance of a huge logo behind the Butler models does not help the advertising strategy, but only dilutes the audience's attention, affecting the effectiveness of the program. In my opinion, it was a moment of time, and I also want to thank them for that.

- What do you think before the comment: what is not new, not strange, Thierry Ly Butler does not "play"?

- (Laugh). Actually, I personally love hearing such comments, because no one doesn't like new ideas, especially people in showbiz like me. I think I'm lucky to have the opportunity to participate in creative programs in the Hospitality and entertainment industry for a long time, more importantly, my ideas are accepted. In addition, I am also confident and patient enough to wait for the opportunity to come to me.

I'm not asking for anything too unreasonable, but I won't compromise if it's entirely possible. In fact, there are people who invite me to work but do not dare to play to the end, the result is just disbandment. Fortunately, I did not experience that with Novaland Group.

- What ideas did you have for the Butler Service 2021-NOVALAND GROUP program?

- Of course yes, I will return to the event casting stage to select Butler, the classic catwalk according to Stylish Butler Service 2021. I hope to accomplish all that I cherish.
