Recruitment for General Manager position of BUTLER GROUP
RECRUITMENT FOR CEO POSITION:
- General Director of BUTLER GROUP provides household staffing Manpower and BUTLER Cleaning Industrial Services
ROLE AND OBJECTIVES
- Organizing and managing all business activities of the Company to ensure efficiency and compliance with the provisions of law
- Build up and develop the Company's operations according to the business direction and strategy approved by the Board of Directors / Board of Directors of the Group
KEY TASKS ASSIGMENT (KRAs)
1. To operate, take daily responsibility in managing and supervising daily activities of the Company to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Company.
2. Implementing the resolutions of the Board of Directors, implementing the policies and strategies proposed by the Company, organizing and implementing business plans to ensure safety, development and efficiency;
3. Organizational structure of the Company, Branch in accordance with the business plan of the Company after approval by the Board.
4. Organizing the development of policies, processes, regulations ... of the company; Organizing activities and emulation movements in the company to promote the creativity, create cohesion in the company, improve effectiveness, reduce costs
5. Directly supervise, inspect and evaluate the performance of functional departments according to the Company's regulations. To direct the settlement of situations arising in the course of operation in accordance with the law and the efficiency of the operation of the Company.
6. Report on the proposal of the Board of Directors to adjust the business plan based on the Company's ability and market situation to ensure the implementation of the business plan of the Company.
On behalf of the Board sign financial and commercial contracts within authorized limits.
8. Performing external relations with State management agencies and relevant agencies related to the Company's activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Level: University degree or above, preferably in law, economics, and candidates who have worked in public security or military units.
2. Experience: At least 05 years in the position of CEO of professional service providers, at least 07 years in related fields.
3. Knowledge: Understand the law provisions in the provision of sanitation services, labor law, the law in finance
4. Abilities (Skills / Abilities):
Good leadership skills
Good management skills
Communication skills, good relationship, negotiation and persuasion
The ability to influence others is good
5. Other requirements: Energetic, energetic, dynamic, creative, honest, accountable, enthusiastic, responsible in work
